It’s summer in Toronto and I wish I could visit a gorgeous beach right now. So I decided the next best thing would be to look through my photos from Balesin Island Club and share them with you!
Balesin is an island resort located in Lamon Bay, Quezon province, Philippines. A small plane takes you from their hangar in Metro Manila to a small airport on the island in 25 minutes.

The island has 7 villages, each with architecture and cuisine inspired by the best seaside towns in the world.
The first of these is Balesin Village, inspired by the beauty of the Philippines. This side of the island has the best beach. 
Within Balesin Village is the resort’s beautiful spa.

Get a massage by the ocean.
Or book your own private room in one of these spa suites and take a dip in the black-tiled pool.
Bali Village is inspired by the famous Indonesian destination.

Couldn’t get enough of the kropek and dilis dish (shrimp chips with anchovy dip) at the Nasa Dua bar in Bali Village. This is the perfect spot to watch the sunet. .
We stayed in the Spanish-inspired village of Costa del Sol. The room was just amazing.

Phuket Village, inspired by Thailand, has a beautiful black-tiled pool. The beach on this side is also where surfing lessons take place. 
St. Tropez Village is patterned after the popular French town. I love the colors, brightness, and warmth of this village. 
Toscana Village replicates the architecture and beauty of Tuscany, Italy. 
And my favorite, the Mykonos Village. Inspired by Mykonos in Greece, this place is just breathtaking.
Balesin is just so beautiful. My photos don’t do it justice.
